Preferences : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Substitutions: May substitute education in IT related field for experience on a year for year basis.

Defined Experience
- Developer Level SQL Skills
- Working knowledge of IIS, SSIS, and Reporting Services
- Operational Understanding of Azure and DevOps
- Experience in NET framework and C# using visual studio, Web APSs and REST
- Experience with Agile development, expected to understand system design details
- Experience with modified scrum and agile development methods
- Experience with version control systems (i.e. TFS, TFVC)
