Delivered Solution |
To deliver a solution to the nationwide supply chain services company's wireless network upgrade challenge, RSI Systems' Project Management Office (PMO) employed a comprehensive approach. The PMO created a project plan that incorporated all aspects of the upgrade, including the tasks of both RSI Systems and the client/partner teams, to ensure a continuous install from start to finish, as requested by the client. To achieve this, the PMO selected the most qualified engineers and effectively communicated the scope of work for the engagement and provided client-specific training. RSI Systems then managed all aspects of the IT engineering tasks while also coordinating schedules of the client staff and an additional project partner. By creating an efficient timeline, the PMO ensured the successful completion of the installation from the initial drops through the complete install of thousands of access points and post-deployment surveys and testing. Through the PMO's efforts, the project was completed on-time and on-budget, to the satisfaction of the client.
