Leo Tucker

Chief Executive Officer

Leo Tucker serves as the Chief Executive Officer for RSI Systems. As the CEO, Leo is responsible for all RSI Systems functions in the US. This includes traditional RSI Systems services and technology consulting, as well as the incubation of future RSI Systems-founded software companies.

Prior to taking the role of CEO, Leo served as the Chief Operating Officer at RSI Systems for over two and a half years, leading the company’s growth efforts and helping RSI Systems navigate the tumultuous economic environment resulting from the pandemic.

Leo joined RSI Systems in early 2019 with over 20 years of experience working in technology. His most recent roles prior to joining RSI Systems were as the Chief Marketing Officer at Aptean and the SVP of Global Marketing at PGi.

Over the course of his career, Leo has driven go-to-market success at high-growth enterprise companies, with both SaaS and traditional software license products, and has spent substantial time in product management. He also spent over 10 years in the services business, working as a consultant for two large companies as well as leading a small consultancy that he founded.

Leo is married with three daughters. They spend their time traveling whenever possible, playing and watching sporting events (with a special love for soccer!), and enjoying all that the Memorial neighborhood in Houston has to offer. They are also very community-oriented, with Leo serving on multiple non-profit boards in the Houston area in recent years.

Evan Rogoff

Chief Financial Officer

Evan Rogoff is the Chief Financial Officer of RSI Systems, providing financial leadership to the company’s global group of businesses and investments.

Evan began his career at Arthur Andersen in New York City, where he developed initially as an audit professional and then as a financial consultant to global companies.  In 1999 he joined the management team of an e-commerce company which grew rapidly from startup to 300 employees in under 2 years.  He was then CFO for a software company that raised several rounds of venture capital before being sold to a strategic acquirer.  Evan later started and ran a consulting firm to advise technology entrepreneurs on raising capital, business growth and mergers & acquisitions, in turn raising several hundred million dollars of capital and completing nearly 2 dozen M&A transactions.  He also co-founded and provided leadership to several other businesses including a hybrid accelerator, investor and technology firm and a software company for consumer loyalty.

Evan graduated with high distinction from the School of Business Administration at the University of Michigan, is a Certified Public Accountant and a former Certified Turnaround Professional.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Evan is an advisor to local startups and a mentor to other financial professionals. He has been a Board member and past President of Technology Executives Roundtable and helped start the Houston alumni chapter of his alma mater.  Evan has lectured to local universities and professional organizations on entrepreneurship and financial topics.

Evan lives in Houston,Tx with his wife and sons. He enjoys playing tennis and supporting the Michigan Wolverines sports teams.

Jeff Scott

Vice President of Software Services

Jeff Scott is the Vice President of Software Services at RSI Systems. He is a passionate, engaged leader who is focused on meeting customers’ needs and achieving results through others. His current role at RI Systems includes leading its development practice in the U.S., providing delivery oversight for multiple clients across the country, and supporting our customer acquisition and onboarding efforts.
Jeff joined RSI Systems after over 20 years at State Farm where he provided technical leadership that helped transform the organization. His work included the development and rollout of a new company (State Farm Bank), the introduction of formal Testing and IT Service management disciplines, and the expansion of their IT Organization into new metro area hubs (Houston, Dallas, and Phoenix).
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Management from Eastern Illinois University.
When he is not working, you can find him outside, hiking, boating, fishing, camping, or even doing some landscaping. He currently lives in Sugar Land, Tx as a new empty-nester with his wife Jen. They have 3 children, a 26-year-old daughter who is a nurse, a 23-year-old son, who is a recent college graduate, and an 18-year-old son attending The University of Houston.

Phuong Nguyen

Vice President of Delivery

Phuong Nguyen, Vice President of Delivery at RSI Systems, is the Head of RSI Systems Software Services Delivery Center. He is responsible for strategic planning and managing resources, embracing modern technologies, driving overseeing engineering practices, and ensuring quality service delivery at scale.
Before taking on his current role, Phuong served as the Head of RSI Systems A+ Business Unit for two years since he joined RSI Systems in mid-2019.
Through the 17 years prior to becoming a proud team member of RSI Systems, Phuong worked for NashTech and TMA Solutions as Head of Presales, Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Architect, and Software Developer. He was also a freelance software developer for the first couple of years in his career.
Phuong lives in Houston, Tx with his lovely wife and two adorable daughters. According to a reliable source, they make the happiest and most affectionate family in town. In his spare time, Phuong enjoys playing table tennis and DOTA 2, (a less healthy sport!), with friends.
